Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Custom or personalized products
This policy helps ensure hygiene and product safety for all customers.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
