We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors

Payment information is processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are stated on our website and may vary during high-demand periods.

Once an order has shipped, Hearthropic Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal-use nature of our products, returns are limited.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

 

6. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Wax melts, candles, soaps, and body products must be used responsibly.

Hearthropic Studio is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
  • Damage caused by improper burning or heating

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and using products safely.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, logos, product names, descriptions, and branding — is the property of Hearthropic Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearthropic Studio shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
