Refund policy

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, used items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used bath and body products.

 

Each item is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, and finish are normal.
