Thank you for shopping with Hearthropic Studio. All products are handmade in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure quality.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in the Spokane, Washington area.

If you are eligible for local pickup, the option will appear at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Hearthropic Studio is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
